What we collect

When you submit your number in any form on this page, we record:

• Mobile number — the only required field.
• Name — entirely optional; leaving it blank never blocks your enquiry.
• Unit type of interest — only if you choose one after submitting; optional.
• Page language and the page you submitted from.
• Traffic source — campaign parameters (utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_term) and gclid if you arrived from a Google ad.
• Submission time and the consultant your enquiry was routed to.

We never ask for or store national ID numbers, bank details or any payment information.

Why we use it

For one purpose only: so a property consultant can contact you about Modon Ras El Hekma — Wadi Yemm and send you the details available from the developer. We do not send marketing about unrelated projects without your permission.

Who it is shared with

Your details go to the property consultant handling your enquiry within our team. We do not sell your data and do not share it with any third party for marketing purposes.

Retention

We keep contact details for as long as your enquiry is active and until you ask us to delete them.

Cookies, measurement and your data

What data we work with

When you use this site we may process the following categories of data: technical data created by your browser (pages viewed, approximate location derived from your network, device and browser type), advertising identifiers set by cookies where you allow them, and the contact details you type into our enquiry form (name and phone number).

Cookie categories

Necessary cookies and local storage keep the site working, including remembering your cookie choice itself and letting the enquiry form submit. Analytics storage, if you allow it, helps us understand how visitors use the site. Advertising storage, if you allow it, lets Google Ads connect a visit or an enquiry to the advertisement that brought you here.

Google Ads measurement

We advertise this project through Google Ads. When advertising storage is allowed, Google receives conversion signals from this site (for example, that an enquiry form was submitted after an ad click) so we can measure which campaigns work. Google acts under its own terms for these services; you can read more in Google's privacy documentation.

Enhanced conversions (hashed phone number)

After you successfully submit the enquiry form, the phone number you entered may be converted in your browser into an irreversible hash (SHA-256) and sent to Google to improve conversion measurement. Google cannot read the original number from the hash; it can only match it against hashes of data it already holds. Where your consent is required, this happens only if you have allowed advertising cookies.

Your enquiry and CRM processing

The contact details you submit are first-party data: they go to us, not to an advertising network. They are stored and processed in the customer relationship system operated by Bold Routes, the brokerage handling enquiries for this project, and are used to contact you about the project you asked about.

Retention

Your cookie choice is stored in your browser until you clear it or change it. Enquiry details are kept for as long as they are needed to respond to you and to meet record-keeping obligations, and are reviewed periodically for deletion.

Changing or withdrawing consent

You can change or withdraw your cookie choices at any time using the Cookie Settings link in the footer of this site. Withdrawing consent stops future storage and measurement; it does not undo data already collected while consent was in place.

At any time you may request a copy of your data, a correction, permanent deletion, or that we stop contacting you. Message us on WhatsApp from the main page or call the number shown there and state your request; we will action it.
